SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Commercial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a commercial services business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this portfolio company. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

INVESTMENT THESIS: Unify the commercial organization and drive volume across an established operating footprint.

- Integrate/Coordinate the commercial activities of all add-on acquisitions and drive identified revenue synergies.
- Develop, improve and leverage best in class training to equip sales leaders with effective tools to track, report and forecast.
