Manager, Account Management

As a Manager, Account Management, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services.

On the Account Management team, reporting to the Director, Account Management, you will support key accounts and properties within those accounts, executing Account Plans and targeting key YOY growth opportunities.

• Define the opportunity management strategy for your accounts, identify ways to increase the quality and revenue value, and implement strategy with business vision, taking into account barriers and opportunities.
• Assist with special projects, initiatives, and customer deliverables.

• Work closely with a focused cross-functional team to ensure the client's day-to-day needs are met while identifying viable opportunities for critical initiatives crafted to improve operational and financial performance.
• Aggregate client account-based growth data and evaluate areas of opportunity.

• Five (5) years of professional work experience in customer facing roles
• Five (5) years of hospitality industry experience with a preferred mix of positions/roles
• Three (3) years in procurement/supply chain-related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, (sorting and filtering data, using formulas, pivot tables)
• Travel up to 25%

• Familiarity with hospitality Group Purchasing Organization programs (GPO)
• Experience in client facing Account Management roles
