Material Coordinator (Onsite – Laredo, TX)

A long-term onsite opportunity is available for an experienced Material Coordinator to support a large-scale, energy-related project in Laredo, TX
. This role is critical to the control, coordination, and accountability of high-value project materials throughout the full project lifecycle.

This position is responsible for managing the flow, storage, tracking, and documentation of materials for a complex industrial project with multi-million-dollar inventory
. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on, field‑based materials experience and is comfortable working closely with warehouse teams, field crews, and project leadership in an onsite environment.

• Coordinate receiving, issuing, storage, and tracking of project materials
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for high‑dollar inventory ($1M+ value)
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and protected to prevent loss or damage
• Support material audits, inventory reconciliations, and compliance requirements
• Work closely with project management, procurement, warehouse, and field teams
• Monitor material usage and proactively resolve discrepancies
• Prepare inventory reports and material status updates as required
• Follow all site safety, quality, and operational procedures

• Proven experience as a Material Coordinator or Materials Lead on industrial, energy, utility, or infrastructure projects
• Direct responsibility for managing high‑value inventory ($1M+; $2M+ preferred)
• Strong background in onsite material coordination, warehousing, and inventory control
• Experience working in fast‑paced, field‑based project environments
• Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
