The Marketing Associate will support marketing and customer acquisitions, sales initiatives, and retail partnerships, working closely with customers to promote brand awareness. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, driving sales and helping to execute field campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support client objectives
• Coordinate scheduling, territory planning, and appointment tracking
• Interact with business customers to provide information about products and services
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations as needed
• Track and report on key performance metrics and campaign results
• Support social media and promotional activities related to marketing campaigns
• Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with team members across marketing and sales functions
• Assist with onboarding and training support for new team members when applicable
