People First in LaredoRewards and Benefits:
- Compensation: Hourly rate breaks down to be $175hr as full time. Can choose your hours per week and whether you commit to 26 or 39 weeks per year. Annual compensation will depend on weeks worked.

- Benefits:
- Since this is a 1099 position, no benefits are offered except malpractice fully covered by Sound including tail coverage.
- Flexible Scheduling:
- Now offering very flexible shift options! 8s, 10s, 12s and 24s available.
- Avg work week can be 36 or 50 hours as desired or more! Compensation will vary based on number of working hours.
- Additional call pay on top of base salary.
- Dedicated OB positions available as well working 7-8 24 hour shifts on a rotating 4 week period.
Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of four physicians and ten CRNAs at Laredo Medical Center.
- Facility runs seven points of service per day in addition to two OB suites.
- Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- New and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver anesthetic care as part of a collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs.
- Provide support for Level III trauma center cases.
- Cover a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, OB/GYN, GI/endoscopy, ENT, robotics, orthopedics, minor vascular, neurology, urology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases.
