A company is looking for a Digital Triage Registered Nurse (Overnight Shift).
Key Responsibilities- Triage and provide clinical support for incoming patient communications
- Conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care
- Assist in the development of processes and systems for urgent care and virtual triage
- Licensed RN with 2+ years of experience in clinical triage, preferably in ER or primary care
- Active Nurse License Compact (NLC) and RN license(s) in specific states are a plus
- Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states and complex medical conditions
- Experience in high acuity clinical environments is a plus
- Experience in geriatrics and bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
