Be responsible for maintaining facility grounds and landscaping;
Perform exterior cleaning of all grounds inclusive of slip areas, steps, docks, and lots;
Water and maintain facility gardens and landscape;
Occasionally drive a company vehicle such as trucks, sweepers or maintenance carts;
Maintain and inventory grounds equipment and supplies;
Direct part-time personnel on department duties or special projects as required.
