• Prepare and cook Hot Choice Buffet products according to recipes and procedures
• Grill items to meet quality standards
• Ensure freshness and temperature of all food products
• Restock and rotate food products, following FIFO method
• Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area and smallwares

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a similar cooking role
• Familiarity with just-in-time delivery practices
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
