• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service deadlines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive dining experience for guests
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary training is a plus
• Must have Food Handlers certification
• 1+ year of cooking experience preferred
• Proficiency in grilling techniques and kitchen equipment operation
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
