La Posada Hotel is on the lookout for a fun energetic Bartender who can turn every drink into an art form! Whether youre shaking up a classic or crafting something new we want someone who can bring their creativity personality and love for mixology to our bar. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting love connecting with guests and know how to keep the party going (while serving responsibly) this could be the perfect gig for you!

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with guest requests and standard recipes.
• Provide prompt friendly service ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including restocking beverages cleaning glassware and organizing supplies.
• Accurately process guest orders and payments ensuring correct handling of cash and credit transactions.
• Check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events or shifts.
• Keep up to date on beverage menus promotions and new drink trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling sanitation and alcohol service.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly ensuring a positive customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred.

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and reservation software.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
