Operations and Sales

• Daily Operations: Overseeing the pro shop's daily activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Point-of-Sale System: Managing transactions, scheduling tee times, and handling customer inquiries using the point-of-sale system.
• Inventory Management: Assisting with and overseeing inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining a desirable range of merchandise.
• Merchandising: Organizing displays, managing special orders, and ensuring the shop is appealing to customers.
• Tournament and Event Assistance: Helping with the planning, preparation, and execution of tournaments and other golf-related events.
• Cash Handling: Collecting fees, processing payments, and managing financial reports related to the pro shop.
• Financial Management: Ensuring financial goals are met.
• Marketing and Promotion: Assisting with marketing efforts to promote the pro shop and its offerings.

• Customer Interaction: Providing excellent customer service, interacting with members and guests, and addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Staff Supervision: Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising pro shop staff, including scheduling and payroll.
• Training and Development: Ensuring staff are properly trained on procedures, products, and customer service expectations.
• Maintaining a Welcoming Environment: Ensuring the pro shop is clean, organized, and inviting to customers.

• Working with Other Departments: Collaborating with other golf course departments, such as food and beverage and outside services.
• Ensuring Compliance: Enforcing golf course rules and policies.
• Special Projects: Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by
