Maybe it’s time you moved up. Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses – more specifically, assistant managers. It’s a tough job that needs someone with judgment, math and the ability to multitask.

• Manage all tasks during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Navigate adverse terrain and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver product by car and to the door of the customer, including flyers and door hangers.
• Maintain professional appearance and excellent customer service at all times.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Experience with operating counters, ovens, and pizza‑making equipment.
• Knowledge of nutritional and safety guidelines for food handling.

• Standing most tasks performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum.
• Walking short distances for short durations; delivery personnel travel between the store and delivery vehicle.
• Sitting is required for paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; stacked on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Carrying large cans (approx. 3 lb 7 oz) and occasionally pizza sauce up to 30 lb.
• Pushing or pulling trays on dollies (up to 7.5 lb force).
• Climbing stairs or ladders to change signs or perform maintenance.>
• Stooping/bending forward at the waist at the pizza assembly station; repeated throughout the day.
• Crouching or squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching above 72 inches to operate ovens and change signs.
• Driving within a designated delivery area, often making several deliveries per shift.
• Eye‑hand coordination required for shaping dough, using a pizza peel and making precise cuts.
• Machines, tools and equipment used include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and peel.
