Responsibilities- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
- Demonstrate strength in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
- Handle cash and fuel transactions and promote the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and products are in-stock.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and collaborate with team members.
- Use computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel) as needed.
- Meet the educational requirement:
High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of Retail Management experience. - Possess a valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and maintain automotive liability insurance during employment.
- Ability to multi-task, perform repetitive bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
- Strong retention-focused approach with talent identification, leadership development, empowerment, and productivity enhancement.
- Ability to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Education:
High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent retail management experience. - Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain automotive liability insurance.
