Now, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to help us continue our tradition of excellence by supporting our dynamic sales team and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.

• Support Sales Teams & Ensure Communication — Provide daily assistance to Inside and Outside Sales Teams while acting as a liaison between departments and external vendors.
• Order & Receivables Management — Process quotes, purchase orders, and orders with accuracy. Support receivables collection to contribute to the company’s financial health.
• Engage with Customers — Handle inquiries from customers and sales representatives, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Be a Product Knowledge Guru — Gain expertise in company products to assist customers and sales teams confidently.
• Keep Things Organized — Ensure compliance with company policies, provide timely reports, and independently manage tasks and priorities.
• Tackle Challenges with Independence — Work autonomously to achieve results and assist with additional duties to support team success.

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience – Preferred 1 year in cabinet design or sales
• Skills & Abilities – Exceptional communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
• Skills & Abilities – Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Skills & Abilities – Basic computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets – Bis Track training provided)
• Skills & Abilities – Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
