Now, we're looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to help us continue our tradition of excellence by supporting our dynamic sales team and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.

• Support Sales Teams & Ensure Communication:
  Provide daily assistance to Inside and Outside Sales Teams while acting as a liaison between departments and external vendors.
• Order & Receivables Management:
  Process quotes, purchase orders, and orders with accuracy. Support receivables collection to contribute to the company's financial health.
• Engage with Customers:
  Handle inquiries from customers and sales representatives, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Be a Product Knowledge Guru:
  Gain expertise in company products to assist customers and sales teams confidently.
• Keep Things Organized:
  Ensure compliance with company policies, provide timely reports, and independently manage tasks and priorities.
• Tackle Challenges with Independence:
  Work autonomously to achieve results and assist with additional duties to support team success.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Preferred 1 year in cabinet design or sales.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Exceptional communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets Bis Track training provided).
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
