• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy renewals.
• Follow up with potential clients through telemarketing efforts to convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts with clients to secure favorable agreements.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients.

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field such as retail sales or outside sales.
• Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.

• Proficient in sales administration tasks including record keeping and follow-ups.
