The Overnight Maintenance Member is responsible for maintaining the readiness of Laredo Country Club's clubhouse, facilities, and surrounding property throughout overnight and early-morning hours. This position requires consistent vigilance, routine property maintenance and access control.

A critical responsibility of this position is to ensure all designated clubhouse access doors are unlocked by 4:45 AM and ready for member access at 5:00 AM each day. The guard must complete all required opening procedures on time, verify that designated access points are functioning properly, and ensure the facility is safe and ready for daily operations.

The Overnight Security Guard is expected to understand, follow, and consistently uphold Laredo Country Club's 24 Standards, along with all applicable club policies, departmental procedures, and safety protocols. Professionalism, accountability, reliability, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude are essential to maintaining the club's standards of hospitality and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for members, guests, and employees.

Security shifts and scheduled working hours may vary depending on club operations, events, facility requirements, staffing needs, and other operational circumstances. The employee must maintain scheduling flexibility and be available to work assigned shifts as communicated by management.

When assigned to the overnight opening shift, the guard must allow sufficient time to complete the opening procedures and ensure all designated clubhouse entrances are unlocked by 4:45 AM, with member access ready at 5:00 AM. Any delay, absence, or issue that may affect security coverage or opening procedures must be communicated to the Clubhouse Manager as soon as possible.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required for assigned duties.
• Ability to remain alert, attentive, and dependable throughout overnight and early-morning shifts.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow procedures, respond appropriately to emergencies, and work independently.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and scheduling flexibility are essential
