Mobile Maintenance, a leading oil and gas services company, is hiring a Field Diesel Technician for field service work in Odessa, TX. The role involves routine maintenance of heavy equipment, industrial engines, and light duty vehicles used primarily in oil field and construction operations. The position requires travel to various construction, frac, oil/gas, and other energy‑related sites to service equipment.

• Perform routine scheduled maintenance on on‑road vehicles and oil/gas equipment.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and customer demands.

• No prior oil & gas experience required; willingness to learn new skills and work safely in a team setting.
• Ability to handle a demanding workload.
• Prior mechanical experience and basic hand‑tool knowledge.
• Professional appearance, clean driving record, and ability to pass background check and drug test.
