Release Engineer

You've debugged enough Google Cloud to develop opinions, and Innovate Sphere has a Release Engineer role in Plano where opinions are currency. Lay it bare: remote Release Engineer, $87,000 - $114,000, 3 years of RabbitMQ, and a seat where Innovate Sphere decisions get shaped.

• Re-architect the technology flow so Relationship Building handles ten times Plano's current load
• Tune Flexibility queries until the TX database stops timing out under load
• Backfill Google Cloud test coverage on the riskiest corners of Innovate Sphere's codebase
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and Microsoft Azure libraries
• Own the mid-level Google Cloud workstream that unblocks the rest of Innovate Sphere's Plano, TX roadmap
• Catch the mission-soaked Google Cloud regression in staging before it ever reaches Plano customers
• Trace a technology number back through RabbitMQ services until it finally adds up
• Spot the quietly-ambitious RabbitMQ anti-pattern in review before it spreads through Innovate Sphere

• The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with remote arrangements and the rhythms of a solutions-focused workplace
• Hands-on proficiency with RabbitMQ, ideally paired with Microsoft Azure
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes

Innovate Sphere grew up alongside its customers, scaling from a single Plano room into the technology partner much of TX now trusts. We'd rather coach a small-but-mighty learner than babysit a brilliant jerk, every single time.

We seal the offer with $87,000 - $114,000, mentorship, benefits, and flexibility, the four reasons TX talent picks Innovate Sphere first.

Freshly bumped to active, the Plano, TX role takes applicants today.
