CKJ Transport is actively matching experienced CDL drivers with trusted independent operators across our terminal network. If you're looking for consistent local work, daily home time, and a bonus program that actually rewards you for staying — we want to hear from you.
Driver Bonus Program — What You Can Earn:
- Signing bonus paid weekly from day one — standard new hires earn $250/wk for your first 6 weeks; experienced drivers earn $500/wk
- Retention bonuses at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 5 years — standard track earns up to $12,500 lifetime; experienced drivers earn up to $17,500
- Referral bonus — refer a qualified driver and earn up to $5,000 when they stay
- Full bonus program details shared at offer — ask us which track you qualify for
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR
- No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests
