Warehouse Assistant – Construction Supply

Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our Construction Supply division. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, coordinating material handling, and supporting timely delivery of construction supplies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction supplies and materials.

• Properly label, sort, and store items in designated areas to maintain organized inventory.

• Prepare and stage materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries.

• Assist in routine warehouse maintenance and safety checks.

• Support warehouse team members with daily operational tasks as needed.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided if required).

• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure material availability.

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills; high school diploma preferred.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.

• Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment safely.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Physical capability to lift and move heavy materials safely.

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or construction supply environment is preferred but not mandatory.

• Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and grow in warehouse operations are welcome.

• Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
