You will prepare equipment orders for engineering installation projects, coordinate deliveries with freight carriers and installers, and resolve shipment and inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with SAP inventory balances.

Load and unload materials, verifying incoming shipments against bills of lading and packing lists.

Inspect equipment and confirm manufacturer information, part numbers, quantities, and serial numbers.

Pick materials for daily requisitions and complete SAP transactions to maintain accurate inventory records.

Verify, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, including shipping documentation.

Process parcel shipments through UPS World Ship and coordinate less‑than‑truckload (LTL) freight shipments.

Coordinate delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve transportation issues.

Receive and process return material authorizations (RMAs), equipment removed from service, and field returns.

Use the Equipment Return Tool and SAP to route returned materials into stock, spares, excess inventory, or recycling.

Investigate inventory discrepancies, system issues, and data inconsistencies with warehouse teams and other departments.

Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours shipment requests.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

At least one year of warehouse experience, including directly entering transactions in a warehouse management system.

Experience with receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management, and returns processing.

Ability to operate a forklift, load and unload materials, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Ability to accurately identify and track materials by manufacturer, part number, and serial number.

Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and written and verbal communication.

Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and prioritize inventory work queues.

Flexibility to participate in rotating 24/7 on‑call and call‑out coverage.

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using SAP or SAP Warehouse Management (SAP WM).

Experience in a high‑volume distribution center.

Familiarity with telecommunications materials and equipment.
