PC Helpdesk Volunteer
We are looking for a volunteer to help at the PC Helpdesk in Het Brinkhuis, Laren. The helpdesk handles a wide range of questions and problems regarding computers, tablets, and smartphones (Windows, Apple, Android). Volunteers provide advice on equipment purchases and assistance with app installation.
- Assist visitors with technical questions and troubleshooting.
- Provide guidance on purchasing new hardware.
- Help install and configure applications.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and interest in computers, tablets, and smartphones.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Patient and careful approach.
Hours:
weekdays 10:00 – 12:00.
