Amaris Zorggroep zoekt een betrokken verpleegkundige voor Theodotion in Laren, Noord-Holland. Je verleent verpleegkundige zorg, coacht bewoners in hun dagelijks leven en signaleert gezondheidsschommelingen. Je werkt nauw samen met artsen en het zorgteam om de kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg te waarborgen.
Je werkt in een kleinschalige, warme omgeving waar de bewoner centraal staat. Een BIG-registratie en mbo-niveau 4-opleiding zijn vereist; ontwikkeling en interne trainingen via REIN staan
