Cost Accountant - Manufacturing | $75K-$85K | Full-Time

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a Cost Accountant to support month-end close, operational reporting, and compliance. This is a great opportunity for candidates with 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment who are looking to grow their skills in cost accounting and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits
• Monitor inventory and product costing
• Analyze data to aid budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with ERP data and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Knowledge of BOM and cost accounting principles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
