Responsibilities- Help clients by building relationships and inspiring confidence as you interact with them in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Be the face of the team by answering phones, greeting clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner, and matching clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferences and ensure all client needs are met during service.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or at multiple locations.
- Sales or marketing experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi-task, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office.
