Position Summary:
The Events & Partnership Engagement Coordinator is a key member of the Advancement Department, providing both administrative and relational support to ensure the success of fundraising and donor engagement events. This individual oversees logistics for Advancement-led events, church partnerships, and community engagement opportunities; ensuring every touchpoint inspires generosity and advances the mission of New Life Solutions.
- Plan and execute events including the Benefit Dinner, Walk for Life, Annual Report, Pastor Appreciation, Grateful for You, Sanctity of Human Life initiatives, New Donor Open Houses, and Prayer Events.
- Coordinate event timelines, checklists, vendors, and materials.
- Serve as on-site event support and maintain communication with team and partners.
- Serve as a liaison for churches and volunteers (Heroes for Life).
- Coordinate micro-events, speakers, and church tabling opportunities.
- Maintain speaking calendar and prepare Power Points and materials for outreach.
- Make thank-you calls for gifts under $100.
- Make follow-up calls for event attendance.
- Donor connections for year-end and match gift campaigns.
- Assist with sponsorship renewals, volunteer (Heroes for Life) commitments, and partnership follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track event budgets.
- Gather collateral materials for presentations, mailings, and donor meetings.
- Provide general support for all Advancement team projects.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Event planning or nonprofit experience preferred.
