Email Designer

We’re looking for an email designer who can take a marketing strategy and turn it into clean, high-converting email designs for Shopify brands.

You’ll work closely with our retention team. You’ll design campaign emails, automated flows, and promotional sequences in Figma, including subscription programs, one of the areas where we get the best results for our clients.

Every email you design goes live and drives revenue for real brands.

This is not just a visual design role. You need to understand how your design choices affect readability, customer experience, and conversion.

We are looking for someone who can follow a brief, but also has enough email marketing knowledge to recognize when something in the brief or copy is unlikely to work well and flag it to the team.

• Design all email campaigns and flow emails in Figma, based on briefs and copy provided by our team, turning them into clear, conversion-focused email layouts
• Follow brand guidelines across all emails, with close attention to details
• Build and maintain consistent visual systems for each brand
• Design with a mobile-first mindset and email marketing design best practices
• Collaborate with the retention team to improve designs based on account learnings and performance
• Prepare all assets needed for Klaviyo implementation
• Apply feedback consistently across future work
• Prepare clean, organized Figma files and design assets for implementation by the team
• Proactively suggest design improvements when you see a better way to communicate or structure an email

Location 100% Remote

Commitment Part Time / Contract (15-25 hours per week)
