Customer Service Representative - Solutions Center

As part of the Solutions Center team, you’ll work in a calm, open, and supportive environment with daily interaction with teammates. We solve problems together, help each other and share wins.

• Deliver helpful, thankful, and meaningful communication that resolves guest needs after they receive their purchase
• Coordinate with showrooms, the distribution center, the repair team, and vendors
• Work your organized dashboard every day so the work stays clear, efficient, and under control

• A warm, positive attitude and a real love for helping people as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Willingness to learn and find efficient solutions
• Honesty and reliability — “Say what you’ll do and do what you say”
• A desire to win and the humility to own mistakes and try again
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus

• No Weekends or Evenings - Department hours Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
