HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their West Florida Division are seeking an Associate Pathologist to be based at HCA Florida Largo Hospital, located on the coast west of Tampa.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing expert diagnosis in surgical pathology, cytology, and blood banking.
• Handling approximately 4,000 surgical cases, 600 non-gyn cytology cases, daily blood smears, and blood bank reviews.

• AP/CP certification required.
• Over 2 years of practicing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in general surgical pathology, clinical interpretations, frozen sections, and liver transplant biopsies.
• Subspecialty training in liver/GI pathology preferred.
• Active Florida Medical License and/or FCVS advantageous.
