• Navigate Mechanical / Plumbing drawings and specifications
• Monitor operations to meet production and project standards
• Inspect materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to drawings and specifications
• Interpret codes and ordinance requirements
• Recommend adjustments to installation or production processes
• Perform field inspections at sites
• Prepare, organize, and track inspection reports

• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience in commercial construction
• Knowledge of drain systems, domestic water systems, natural gas systems
• Field installation experience
• Med gas certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of job site safety
• Proficiency with MS Office platforms and Procore
