Position: Senior Principal Project Engineer (Onsite)
We are seeking a

** to work onsite at Largo, Florida.
** This position requires an active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.**

* Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations, with a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
* 8+ years of demonstrated Project Engineering experience with a proven track record.
* Experience effectively communicating and presenting with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team.
* Strong organization, coordination, planning, and teaming skills, with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
* Demonstrated success working in team or matrixed environments.
* Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. (with SCI eligibility)
* U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
* Proficiency in Project Management Tools:
Experience using Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms for scheduling, task management, and tracking project progress.
* Agile Methodology Expertise:
Strong understanding and application of Agile methodologies, including SCRUM, for iterative development and team collaboration.

* Risk Management:

Skilled in identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing proactive solutions to ensure project success.
* Requirements Management:
Experience in decomposing, prioritizing, and managing technical and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and program leadership to achieve objectives.
