ATCS is seeking a Site/Civil Project Manager based out of our Largo, MD office location. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage site/civil projects, effectively liaise with clients, and successfully work with and support ATCS team members. Individual should have significant experience in the Virginia market, preferably in both the private and public sectors.
- Site/civil engineering design of commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and municipal projects
- Plan and manage projects and tasks to complete them on time and within budget to the satisfaction of the client
- Serve as a responsive, competent point of contact for existing clients to continuously maintain and strengthen those relationships
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control on own projects
- Mentor and empower junior staff and other team members
- Actively engage the marketing and business development process, as well as develop client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
- Professional registration (P.E.) in Virginia;
Licensure in other ATCS markets is a plus (Maryland, DC, PA, NC, etc.) - Minimum 10+ years of professional, applicable experience
- Experience with both private and public sector clients/projects;
Network of relationships in the Site/Civil market a plus - 2+ years of project management experience
- Proficient with AutoCAD (Civil 3D Preferred)
- Effective communicator and able to work on and lead teams
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $133,500 to $203,500 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual management bonus, with a target of 10% to 15% of the employee's annualized salary.
