As a Dispensary Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor, educate patients and adult‑use customers, record transactions in the POS system, and partner with managers to maintain a clean and organized store.

• Create a “Patients First” environment and deliver excellent service
• Respond to patients with compassion and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Multi‑task, think critically, and resolve problems efficiently
• Process patient orders based on physician recommendations and the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMUR)
• Stay current with company policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Manager

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Age 21 or older
• Recent hospitality and/or retail experience
• Reliable transportation
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Quick learner of new technologies and systems

$15 per hour
