We’re currently inviting experienced Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with physician partners, provide compassionate patient care, and deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across a variety of clinic sites.

• Perform sonographic scans for multiple modalities:
  General, Echo and Vascular
• Commute to various clinic sites in assigned area
• Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history
• Create patient reports to assist the physician with documentation
• Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule out cardiac/vascular anomalies
• Communicate sonographic findings to physician
• Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery
• Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance
• Cover a variety of clinical settings, including outreach clinics, which may involve extended commute times
• Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs
• Other duties assigned by managers

Please note that duties and responsibilities of this position are subject to change and the employee may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.

• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)(RCS)(RCCS)
• Experience performing vascular ultrasound exams
• Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to the specialty
• Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
• Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future

• Registered Vascular Technologist Certification (RVT)
• Bachelor’s degree in Sonography or other related fields of study

RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS:
Category 1 - Tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
