Caregivers and Home Health Aides – Start Immediately

Join Home Well Care Services of CA Northern Bay Area as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide. We are looking for experienced professionals to work with clients in Largo, Clearwater, Seminole and surrounding areas. Immediate positions available.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $20.00/hr pay is based on your skills and experience. Higher rates apply for short shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform activities of daily living and provide companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal hygiene – bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Provide ambulation and transfer assistance.
• Help with medication as needed.
• Transportation for appointments and errands.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Preferred: CNA or HHA license, or 6 months full‑time / 12 months part‑time experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Physically able to perform duties, including lifting and transferring up to 50 pounds.
• Active CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mature, caring, punctual and reliable.
• Active State of Florida Level 2 Background Check or ability to pass.
