Echo Vascular Technologist – PRN/Per Diem. At HCA Florida Largo Hospital, we are committed to creating a world‑class experience for each patient. As part of our team, you will work alongside a dedicated group of professionals who are truly making a difference in the health and lives of people in West Florida.

As an Echo Tech on our team, your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Perform special non‑invasive procedures, mount the findings, and ready the results for the physician to read.
• Complete all paperwork in the Meditech & PACS computer system.
• Maintain accountability for your own knowledge and skills, and support the philosophy, objectives and goals of the hospital.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to life‑threatening situations.
• Perform special non‑invasive procedures (M‑Mode, 2‑D, TEE, Doppler, Color‑Flow, Stress Echo, Cardiac Stress, Electrocardiograms, Signal‑averaged Electrocardiograms and Holter Monitoring).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Vocational/Technical School program for Echocardiogram Technicians.
• RVT certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Meditech knowledge.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
