We’re seeking a Billing & Credentialing Specialist who brings both expertise and a cheerful, can-do attitude to our Largo office.

• Managing billing and posting payments with accuracy and timeliness
• Creating and sending invoices for copays/coinsurance
• Contacting insurance companies to resolve claims and support credentialing
• Maintaining spreadsheets and records (Excel proficiency is a must!)
• Supporting the Office Manager/Administrator with projects and tasks
• Ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining strict confidentiality

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• At least 2 years of experience in medical billing & collections
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with a smile
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• A fast learner who thrives with guidance from leadership
• Reliable and consistent team player
• Bilingual in Spanish (not required but highly valued)
