Physical Therapist, (PT) $5000 sign on bonus

Join Aviata Health Group as a Physical Therapist and receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. This full‑time position offers $38–$60 per hour, based on experience, with additional holiday pay and overtime potential.

• Develop a Plan of Treatment for each patient based on initial and ongoing evaluations.
• Implement and adjust the treatment plan on a consistent schedule according to patient progress.
• Document resident progress per approved medical and facility documentation procedures.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and functional level; set realistic goals.
• Report progress to residents, caregivers, loved ones, facility staff, and other health professionals.
• Assist other facility staff to maintain a clean, orderly, and effective rehab environment.

Education:

• Graduate of a School of Physical Therapy

Experience:

• Minimum of three months recent experience as a Physical Therapist in a nursing home environment (preferred).

Licenses/Certifications:

• State of Florida Physical Therapy License
• CPR Certification
