Position Summary

Supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Department by assisting with administrative tasks, onboarding support, recordkeeping, and employee and volunteer engagement. Helps ensure HR processes run smoothly while upholding organizational values, confidentiality, and a positive workplace culture. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation for employees and volunteers.
• Support maintenance of personnel and volunteer records and documentation.
• Respond to basic HR‑related questions and route inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with scheduling interviews, trainings, and meetings.
• Help distribute policies, forms, and internal communications.
• Support employee and volunteer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team.
• Additional duties as assigned.
