The Global Forensic and Justice Center (GFJC)/National Forensic Science Technology Center (NFSTC) at Florida International University (FIU) are seeking an IT Generalist II for our Largo, FL location. The role involves providing IT and data management support, acting as a liaison between the department and FIU IT. The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with two years of experience, or six years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eligibility to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) clearance.
• Knowledge of PC and Apple platforms, networking, security, and cyberinfrastructure for research.
• Experience with software application design, implementation, and database systems development.
• Familiarity with data management and statistical tools like SAS and REDCap.
