Desktop Support Specialist – Largo, Florida

Virtual Service Operations is seeking highly motivated and career-driven individuals to join our growing team as Desktop Support in Largo, Florida.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide workstation software break-fix support.
• Install, move, add and change iMac – PC.
• Image loads and asset recovery.
• Printer support and Asset tagging.
• Client Center (Tech Bar) support.
• IT Service Management updates.
• Other client support duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years of desktop support experience.
• Knowledge of PC imaging.
• Experience with change management and incident management.
• Experience using tools such as Service Now, Bomgar, Lap Link, and Secure Disk Wipe.
• Certified Dell Technician (preferred).
• Expertise in inventory control (preferred).

• Must be within driving distance of Largo, Florida, and willing to work onsite.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above.
• U.S. citizenship required (government contract).
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk up/down stairs or ramps and kneel/work under desks or in confined spaces.
• Must comply with drug testing at hire or regular intervals; VSO pays testing costs.
