We are seeking an experienced and strategic CDP Manager to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of our Customer Data Platform (CDP). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data management, marketing analytics, and customer segmentation strategies, with a proven ability to leverage data to drive marketing initiatives and enhance customer experience.



Key Responsibilities

• ** CDP Implementation & Management:**
• Lead the deployment and configuration of the CDP, ensuring seamless integration with existing marketing tools and data sources.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CDP, ensuring data integrity, privacy compliance, and security protocols are maintained.
• ** Data Strategy Development:**
• Design and implement a comprehensive data strategy to gather, organize, and analyze customer data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data collection processes and define data governance frameworks.
• ** Customer Segmentation & Analysis:**
• Utilize the CDP to create detailed customer profiles and segments, allowing for personalized marketing efforts.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities that can inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
• ** Performance Measurement & Reporting:**
• Develop and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and present insights and reports to stakeholders, highlighting significant findings and recommendations.
• ** Collaboration with Stakeholders:**
• Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and other departments to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all CDP-related inquiries and training.
• ** Continuous Optimization:**
• Evaluate and implement improvements to CDP processes and workflows based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer data management and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, marketing analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience specifically managing a CDP.
• Proficiency in CDP platforms (e.g., Segment, Blue Conic, Tealium) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data integration methodologies.
• Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data security.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
