Position Overview

United Law Group is seeking a dynamicLegal Operations Executiveto oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of our law firm. This key leadership position is ideal for a business-minded professional with legal services experience who can optimize performance, lead high-performing teams, and help expand the firm’s reach.

The Legal Operations Executive will manage internal workflows, support staff (including paralegals and legal assistants), and help drive efficiency across the firm. In addition, this role will work closely with the Managing Partner on business development, marketing initiatives, and long-term strategic planning.

Leadership & Team Management

• Oversee attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure smooth workflows, strong team performance, and a culture of accountability and excellence
• Manage staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development in collaboration with firm leadership

Operational Oversight & Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in current systems and implement practical improvements to streamline operations and reduce overhead
• Work closely with the Managing Partner, attorneys, and administrative staff to align operations with firm goals using law firm-specific—not corporate—strategies
• Implement and manage KPIs, reporting systems, and internal processes to track performance, compliance, and profitability
• Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and staff performance evaluations to ensure alignment with growth targets

Case Management & Client Service

• Monitor case progression and ensure timely resolution with high client satisfaction
• Ensure all operational practices comply with legal standards, ethical guidelines, and firm policies

Business Development & Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients, build strategic partnerships, and increase revenue
• Manage lead generation, sales pipeline development, and cross-practice business opportunities
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and brand positioning efforts
• Attend legal industry events and networking opportunities to promote the firm and increase visibility
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Active law license in Florida preferred but not required
• Proven experience in law firm operations—ideally in property damage, insurance litigation, or consumer protection
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a record of improving workflows and supporting legal professionals
• Experience working directly with attorneys, managing partners, and legal service vendors
• Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and scaling firm operations
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a bias toward practical, results-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
