General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and profitability.

• Strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly.
• Accurate monetary change handling.
• Strong coordinate motor skills for quick, precise movements.

• Control costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Enforce all policies and procedures consistently.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management.
• Maintain schedule, store appearance, and cleanliness.
• Marketing, profitability, attendance, and punctuality.
• Transportation to/from work and ability to drive for deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients.
• Prepare product, process telephone orders, and take inventory.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Provide verbal and written instructions to team members.
• Use computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
• Navigate maps and addresses within delivery area.
• Drive safely and deliver products to customers.
• Use safe lifting and carrying techniques for product and supplies.
• Handle sharp tools, hot surfaces, and varying weather conditions.

• Varying outdoor weather; temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes.
• Movement in cramped quarters and walk‑in coolers.
• Handling hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Use of sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and wet surfaces.
• Adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Night driving and limited vision for steering.

• Standing, walking, and occasional climbing.
• Carrying up to 50 lbs and moving heavy trays.
• Reaching above 72” and bending forward for assembly.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle available for deliveries.

Many team members start as delivery drivers and progress to assistant manager, general manager, franchise owner, or corporate operations manager.
