We seek a self‑motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for an opportunity to work in sterile‑injectable manufacturing. The Fill Finish Operator role involves hands‑on operation of fully automated robotic aseptic filling machines for vials, prefilled syringes (PFS), and cartridges.

• Operate and monitor aseptic fill‑finish equipment for vials, syringes, and cartridges.
• Set up, clean, and perform line changeovers for sterile filling equipment.
• Load and unload containers, closures, and components within isolators.
• Perform aseptic transfer of filled products for downstream processes.
• Prepare components and materials including cleaning, depyrogenation, and sterilization.
• Operate vial washing and hot air tunnel depyrogenation equipment.
• Support component preparation including stoppers, plungers, and caps.
• Adhere to gowning requirements and cleanroom protocols in ISO 7/8 environments.
• Document all activities in accordance with cGMP and batch record requirements.
• Work closely with technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Education in mechanical, pharmaceutical, or technical trades preferred.
• Ability to work under cleanroom and aseptic conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and compliance.
• Willingness to be trained on high‑end robotic isolator systems.
