** What You’ll Do
*** Operate CNC turret presses, Brake Press, Fin Press, and other fabrication equipment
* Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
* Perform quality checks and report any issues
* Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
* Perform preventive maintenance on machines
* Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed
** What You Bring
*** High school diploma or GED
* A minimum of 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
* Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in a noisy, dusty setting
* Basic computer skills
** Preferred:
*** 2+ years of machine operation experience
* Experience with CNC programming and operation
* Familiarity with heavy machinery like Brake Press, Turret, or Fin Press
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
