What You’ll Do- Assemble air conditioning units usinghand and power tools
- Follow blueprints and engineering drawings to build subassemblies and final products
- Maintain aclean, safe, and organized work area
- Inspect parts for defects and report issues
- Collaborate with your team to meet production goals
- Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes
- Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word) to track production and inventory
- Be flexible with overtime and shift changesas needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in amanufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically able to lift up to50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in anon-climate-controlled environment
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in anoisy and dusty setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
