Job Type: Full-Time | 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri: 3:30PM - 12AM)
Compensation: $17.16/hour + shift differential + Benefits + Overtime opportunities
AboutThe Role

What You’ll Do- Assemble air conditioning units using hand and power tools
- Follow blueprints and engineering drawings to build subassemblies and final products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Inspect parts for defects and report issues
- Collaborate with your team to meet production goals
- Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes
- Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word) to track production and inventory
- Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed

Minimum
Education Required:
High School/GED
What You Bring
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a noisy and dusty setting
