You’ll operate a CNC turret and other metal fabrication machines to produce precision parts for air conditioning units used around the world.

• OperateCNC turret presses, Brake Press, Fin Press, and other fabrication equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Perform quality checksand report any issues
• Maintain aclean and safework area, following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines
• Be flexible with overtime and shift changesas needed

• High school diploma or GED
• A minimum of 6 months of machine operationor manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in anon-climate-controlled environment
• Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in anoisy, dusty setting
• Basic computer skills

• 2+ years of machine operation experience
• Experience with CNC programming and operation
• Familiarity with heavy machinery like Brake Press, Turret, or Fin Press
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
